“In the event of customer dissatisfaction with the quality of an alteration or dry cleaning service received, our company policy is to offer a Repair, Refund or Replacement to the garment where possible. Conditions of Purchase
- We do not accept responsibility for orders that we have not pinned ourselves
- Orders that are cancelled prior to completion will incur a 50% charge of the agreed total
- Orders that are cancelled prior to being inputted are required to have full pin removal for safety reasons
- Prepayment is required on all orders
- Alterations added to garments after fitting stage will incur an extra charge
- It is recommended that any footwear being worn with garments be tried ion at fitting stage to ensure exact requirements are met
- Any items not collected within 3 months of drop off will be donated to charity
- Our express service is available for minor repairs and basic alterations only
- Multiple/Complex jobs will require a longer time frames to ensure high quality standards are achieved
- Offers/Promotions can only be redeemed 1 at a time and not in conjunction with any other offer
- Data collected from customers will be used for future text message marketing
- We do not accept returns on opened merchandise products
